The Planning Department consists of a Board comprised of the members appointed by the Township Supervisors. They are appointed for yearly terms. Currently,the Board is comprised of Paul Matulevich, Planning Director; Robert Marsilio Jr. & Joseph Marchese, Advisors; Atty Joseph R. Ferdinand, Solicitor and Lee Ann Kasha, Secretary. The purpose of the Planning Department is to review subdivision and land development applications. They approve or deny subdivisions of less than five (5) lots and land developments of less than one (1) acre. Recommendations for approval or denial on all subdivisions and land development plans are made to the Board of Supervisors.The Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Ordinance, Comprehensive Plan and Storm Water Ordinance are used as guides in making decisions and recommendations. Regular meetings of the Board occur on the second and third Tuesday of each month except for December.
